The next Newtown High School PTSA meeting will be Monday, November 9th. We will meet from 7 pm-8:15 pm in the Library Conference room, B141. On Friday, March 6, 2009, The Newtown High School Student Government will be hosting the 27th Annual Snow Ball at the Amber Room in Danbury.  The dance will run from 7pm until 10 10pm.  Tickets are $25 and will be on sale during the entire week preceding the dance.

On Tuesday, February 24, 2009, The Newtown High School Student Government will be sponsoring an American Red Cross Bloood Drive.  Minimum requirements for donors are 17 years of age and 110 pounds.  Please DONATE!

The Newtown High School Student Government will be hosting a food drive through December 11, 2008.  Items are being collected in the main lobby in boxes labeled for each class.  the winning class will enjoy the Senior Courtyard for a day in the spring.
